Cancellation Policy

We are proud to promote a culture of mutual respect to both our clients and stylists. Our studio works by appointment-only, therefore we reserve time especially for you upon booking and we appreciate your understanding on our strict booking policy to ensure the quality of service for our guests.  

Our policy requires a deposit to secure your appointment within 1×24 hours of booking (50K for Haircut/150K for Color)

We require 48 hours in advance notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason and the deposit will be reserved towards your next appointment (no refunds). However, in the event of no-show or late cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited.

Late Arrival

We have a 15 minutes leniency for late arrival to avoid running behind on the next clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may or may not be able to provide you with your service and late cancellation fee will apply (subject to stylist’s discretion, your services might be altered to fit allowed time if appointment is able to be saved).

After Care

We have a 3-days Satisfaction Guarantee policy. If you are unsatisfied with the result, you can discuss with our stylist within 3 days from your appointment, and we’ll arrange a follow-up appointment for any adjustment necessary. Follow-up appointments are generally free, however for some color alterations, we might need to charge you for product cost only.

We recommend proper after care routine and using only professional quality product to ensure the quality of your hair. We cannot guarantee the longevity of your hair color without the proper after care routine. Please don’t hesitate to let our stylist know if you have any question on personal at-home care for your hair, we’re always happy to help!

Health and Safety

Our studio only use professional quality products that meet the health and safety regulations criteria. Therefore we must apologize that we cannot offer our services using color and technical products that the guest bring themselves to ensure the quality and safety of your hair. Personal shampoo and hair care is okay, but please consult with our stylist beforehand.

If you have sensitive skin or your hair has previously been colored, we must advise you to come in for a strand test and consultation before your scheduled appointment. Please consult with our stylist if you have any allergies, medical condition, or routine medications. We might ask you to consult with your doctor if you have any special condition to make sure it’s safe for you to follow through with the service.

We want you to have the happiest healthiest hair! Therefore we will discuss with you the best possible option to keep the health and integrity of your hair, as well as any possible risk and recommended after care. Please discuss any concern and special condition you have before the service start as we won’t be held reliable for any damage done during the service.
